yjj38 9e64a65d62 Refactor VPN implementation and add SingBoxLauncher integration ... Replaced ProxyVpnService with SingBoxLauncher for enhanced VPN control and functionality. Introduced new utilities such as IpUtil and HttpUtil for network-related operations.
