refactor(main): 重构主函数并添加日志记录功能
- 新增 log 和 error 函数用于日志记录 - 重新封装 HTTP 请求和 API 处理逻辑 - 主函数增加错误处理和任务完成检查 - 添加定时器实现循环执行
